First clinical trial application approved

We are excited to announce that the clinical trial application (CTA) for the Phase 1 first-in-human trial of PACAB-002 has been approved. This marks our most important milestone since NaDeNo Nanoscience was founded in 2022.

PACAB-002 is our lead drug candidate developed for intraperitoneal treatment of peritoneal micrometastases in advanced ovarian cancer, with the aim of preventing recurrence.

We are proud to collaborate with Erasmus MC in Rotterdam as the lead site for our Phase 1 trial, and with CTA approval secured we are now preparing for initiation of our first clinical trial. An exciting next step for NaDeNo!
