Tore Kvam

Chief Financial Officer

Tore is CFA from the Norwegian School of Economics and an MBA from the Norwegian Business School. Extensive experience within biotech, including financial management in both early-stage and clinical-stage companies. His experience includes early-stage financing and listing of companies on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Annbjørg Falck

Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer

Annbjørg has been the CEO of NaDeNo since she co-founded NaDeNo in 2022, having been an Entrepreneur in Residence with SINTEF since 2021. Annbjørg holds MSc.Pharm/PharmD from UiO/USC and an MBA from The Open University, and has 20+ years of experience from the pharma industry, including biotech drug development.

Yrr Mørch

Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer

Yrr is our CTO and co-founded NaDeNo together with Annbjørg as a SINTEF spin-off. She has an MSc in chemical engineering with a PhD in Biotechnology from NTNU and before NaDeNo, she spent 10 years at SINTEF developing the technology platform and advancing the lead asset PACAB-002.

Jens Bjørheim

Chief Medical Officer

Jens is NaDeNo’s CMO after joining the company in April 2025 and brings more than 20 years of experience from clinical development and biotech. He is an MD and PhD from UiO, with experience from the Norwegian Radium Hospital and senior positions at companies including AstraZeneca, Novartis, Pronova, and Ultimovacs.

Gudrun Trøite

Head of Operations

Gudrun joined NaDeNo in August 2024 to lead operations, drawing on 20+ years of experience in drug development. She has a PhD in Medical Physics from UiO, and has previously worked across clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance at companies incl. Ultimovacs and Photocure.

Erik Møller Steen

Project & Business Development Manager

Erik has been with NaDeNo since April 2026, where he works with project and business development. He holds an MSc in Bionanotechnology from NTNU and before joining NaDeNo, he worked in management consulting at Capgemini Invent and in biotech business development at Amicoat.

Sofie Snipstad

Senior Scientist

Sofie has been a Senior Scientist at NaDeNo since April 2023 and has spent a decade working with nanoparticle drug delivery, recognized for her contributions to natural sciences by the Royal Norwegian Society of Sciences and Letters. She has an MSc in Bionanotechnology and a PhD in Biophysics, with experience from SINTEF and NTNU.
